A favorite subject will be the Millennial Generation and managing the multi-generation workforce. So what is Googlization and what does it have to do with managing people? Technology is being introduced at an accelerating pace. .It is disrupting and changing the way we work. The definition of work itself is evolving and the skills required to do them are more advanced. And because Millennials will soon make up nearly 75% of the workforce, many of the episodes will address the best ways to attract and engage them. But other topics will include recruiting strategies and hiring trends as well as best practices for talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee retention. Our goal with each episode is to provoke conversation and challenge the status quo. We wont leave any stones unturned in our search for best practices of talent management. We hope youll accept our invitation to subscribe to our podcast, share the content, suggest future topics, and join the conversation.

Zach Mercurio is crystal clear on what matters and he knows what he’s talking about: belonging isn’t enough, it’s all about feeling like you make a real difference. Merely having a purpose isn't sufficient - you must feel purposeful! Are you looking for a career or workplace that lights up your eyes? Are you ready to become a talent hotspot and a breeding ground for motivation, innovation, and growth? Start here. Zach Merc
