Synopsis
The QuicknessFitness blog was created as a resource to help busy adults make healthier choices, easier. While proper, safe exercise and healthy eating choices tend to take more time and effort for most people, we create this website as a resource for short, time-saving workouts (with limited equipment or experience required), and simple nutrition advice and recipes that you can use immediately to help you reach your weight loss and fitness goals. We dont advocate complicated workout programs that completely require a gym membership, nor to we advocate diets that require hard-to-find or expensive products. We believe that simple habits with the right straight-to-the-point advice can help make healthy decisions into QUICK decisions, limiting food preparation and exercise time without limiting your results. Here, youll find a LOT of short, body-weight-only workouts that you can do in the comfort of your own home to sculpt and tone your body. Here youll also find nutrition advice and tips for making small changes in the kitchen (from shopping, cooking, and portions) that will help to bring about big improvements in your health and physique. If you havent already downloaded our free 11 Simple Bodyweight Workouts Guide, be sure to grab your copy here. As we share time-saving workouts and nutrition advice, we hope youll come along with us and get in shape the QuicknessFitness way! (A Quick Word About Our Founding Team) Founded by Tim Anthony and Coach Dan (founder of BattleReadyFitness), QuicknessFitness.com is lucky to have Marcus Roth as our head editor and social media advocate.
