It's actually a very easy process and easy to do. (Some links/pictures are affiliate links. No additional cost to you, but if you click through and make a purchase we get a small commission. It helps support us) Battery When winterizing your motorcycle, you don't need to remove the battery if you don't want to as it's just extra work.  Unless there is no power where you store your motorcycle.  Whether the battery is on or off the bike, make sure you plug the battery into a reliable “float” charger/maintainer/tender that reads feedback voltage from the battery and tops it off as needed. Don't use a “trickle” charger that constantly feeds a small amount of current to the battery nonstop as that will overcharge the battery. The show steeler is the new Softail Low Rider S with the 114 Milwaukee-Eight engine. It's a light little bike with a powerful motor. It has an adjustable mono-shock in the rear with inverted front forks for added handling and performance. It also has dual front disc brakes. They reduced the rake by 2 degrees for added handling. The name "Ruffians", may throw you off a bit so you'll have to listen in to this podcast episode to understand what's up with the name. This is a law-abiding biker club comprised of "Master Freemasons", which is the top degree earned within that organization. However, it's not good enough to just be a Freemason to join and be accepted into the motorcycle club. The Ruffian's Motorcycle Club has a traditional structure and you'll have to do some hanging around and prospecting before you may be voted in as a full member. The pillars of the Ruffian's Motorcycle Club are brotherly love, relief, and truth an each is explained on their website. In 2018, Anthony did a single motorcycle ride spanning 18,000 miles, 44 states, 56 days of solid riding, and made contact with more than 60 Gold Star families. Anthony wrote a book after this ride named, Yours, Very Sincerely And Respectfully. The Gold Star Ride Foundation honors our nation's fallen heroes by taking care of their families. And we deliver the goods in person. And we go on bikes. In 2019, Anthony did 4 Rides, thus far, spanning 16 states, more than 20 days, nearly 10,000 miles, and has made contact with more than 30 families. Gold Star Families are defined as those who have lost a loved one who is serving or who has served in our armed forces. It comes in at a cheaper option than the Street Glide, Road Glide or either of those "special" models.
