Let Your Journey Begin

There are so many people in the world who feel defeated and depressed. Be bold to share the love and compassion of Jesus Christ!

Lord, forgive me for my anger and if I'm thrown overboard like Jonah, send me a fish!

The writer of Proverbs gives us a warning on how to avoid temptation!

We all want to hear those words 'Well done my good and faithful servant!' Imagine Jesus is coming back in just a few hours, what will He say about your day?   Well done? Well done indeed!

Even when you don't hear, see or feel the presence of God, He is always with you! He promised to never leave you and He never breaks His promise!

There is such devastation in the hospitals and emergency rooms, someone may wonder, 'Where is God in all this?' Believe me, He is with you and in you.  You have been chosen to serve in a divine and holy place.

It's hard not to feel dry, barren and alone in this world!  But take heart!  Jesus cares for you and will help you!  Fight with the sword of the Spirit which is the living Word of God!

Trust God. He is with you and will provide exactly what you need each day.

We  have no time to waste worried about things we have no control over and certainly not wishing bad things happening to anyone.   God said 'Do not avenge. I will avenge.'

How is driving a Jeep relate to being a Christian? What lessons can you learn? Who are the 'Jeep' people in your life?

We watch and wait for our Lord Jesus to come and while we are anxious for His return, we also know we have work to do while on this earth.  Jesus doesn't want to lose one soul but desires all to be with Him in heaven.  In the days left on earth, let us do all that we can to spread the good news of Christ. Don't let anyone miss their chance to live in eternity with Our Lord.

Stop and look around your life.  Are you living in excess storing up treasures on earth that you can't take with you and nobody will want when you're gone? Or are you being rich toward God storing up treasures in heaven? May God bless you with a prosperous New Year as you build your wealth in the kingedom of heaven.

You can see The Lord!  He does show up! You have every reason to believe! Watch who He sends to make a difference in your life!   He also works in and through you!  May your words be His Words! May your actions be His actions! May others find Him through you! May others find Him through me. We are His hands and feet!

Enjoy today and all the gifts God has given you!  Focus on who Jesus says that you are! You are precious in His sight!  You are perfectly and beautifully made!  Break out of that prison of your own mind that keeps you from realizing all that you are today!

Christmas is upon us and so is the return of Christ! Get yourself ready!  And, as with Christmas do it with thanksgiving and good cheer!

No longer can we live in the prisons of our minds or with the lies of Satan!  Enjoy who you are and whose you are!  Created new in Christ Jesus!  Enjoy today!

While we want things instantly in our lives, everything is in God's timing.

The church bells call us home. They call us back to our first love, Jesus Christ.  Back to our passion and to our purpose.

We are the church - called to minister to one another.
