As we come to the close of 2023 there is so much heaviness in our world. Globally, there is no shortage of conflicts and wars. And nationally there is an epidemic of homelessness, drug use, and crime. Adding to all of this we are heading into an election year that is sure to bring about divisiveness and rage. With so much turmoil around us, is it reasonable to hope?
