Although not a common topic for a sermon, we can learn so much from the life of King Asa. Some of his acts as king were right, but he made key mistakes that ultimately cost him his life. Let us learn from his mistakes so we can better serve our Lord!

1 Samuel 23 gives us insight into a conversation between the Lord and David, as David asks if he shall pursue the enemy and save Keilah, and God tells him to pursue and he will win the victory. When God says go, we must go!
