Synopsis
On the Mumcast, Rick Mummey, long time radio personality, musician, and arts aficionado seeks to find out what makes creative people tick, and to help listeners find artists and musicians they may not have heard or seen before. He'll have special guests and episodes that are straight conversations with the audience via social media, interviews, and the odd monologue from Rick. Rick has musician and artist friends all over the country, and in his hometown in Indiana. Every episode will feature original music, and most will feature interviews with interesting, creative people. It will hopefully become a cultural exchange between Rick's home base in the Midwest, and the world. Listeners can interact with the show on our Facebook Rick Mummey Podcast page, and via our website, rickmum.com. On the site, Rick's blog will usually be linked to the podcast, and will feature additional interview material, and a written perspective on the shows' subject matter. Rick will also blog about other subjects beyond the show, and listeners can send comments, and musicians their original music to mumcast@rickmum.com. We hope you'll enjoy the show at Dr. Will's Neighborhood, drwill.com, and that you'll check out the website at rickmum.com. Let's have some fun!
