When I first started my blog, I started blogging and I was making some income each month. I was getting paid for sponsored posts and was getting requests for sponsored posts here and there. Your head is spinning with ideas, right? Let’s narrow it down to one idea that you are going to run with. This shouldn’t take long. Write down the first thing that comes to mind. Here are the questions to help you narrow down your business idea: 1. Write all your business ideas down.  2. Which of the ideas are the most important to you? 3. Which of the ideas is going to make money the fastest?  4. Which of the ideas are you most passionate about? 5. Which of these business ideas should you focus on now?

Your content will attract your ideal clients. It’s about quality over quantity and knowing what your message is first. There is so much noise right now. You need to stand out. You have to put more time and thought into making it great. Why is this important? You want to elevate your brand above the rest. This will allow you to charge the price you are worth. In the beginning, it’s about getting that first post up. Just start somewhere. But, if you have a post up already, I want you to be more thoughtful about your next post. Maybe take a couple more minutes to make it great rather than ok. Now you can think about it more. In the beginning, it’s just getting it up and make it work. Now you might be ready for a rebrand. When CRP started, branding wasn’t even a module. Now I’m at a point in my business where I know how important it is. No one else is out there doing what I do because of my brand. Brand is what will help me reach my dream and goal.

In this episode, we’re gonna talk about the false beliefs that might be holding you back from reaching your goals. We can’t create a plan if we don’t tackle those beliefs that are holding you back and might be like a roadblock for you. So we want nothing in your way in order for you to reach your goals. And this is something that has definitely held me back. All of the false beliefs that I’m gonna cover today I have thought of at some point too. One of the false beliefs that I have had since I’ve become a mom is that I can’t build a huge business because I don’t want to leave my kids. And if I grow my business, then it’s gonna affect the time that I have with them. I’m not gonna be around. I’m gonna have to travel a lot. And so I can’t go all-in on my business because it’s gonna affect my relationship with my kids, and that is a complete false belief.

I recently realized I was wasting time so here’s what I did. 5 Ways I am Getting More Organized To Reach My Goals Next Year 1)  Signed off of apps on my phone.   2) Gave more to my team. 3) Analyzed expenses Cut the gym going to work out at home instead Analyze what isn’t needed anymore in my business. 4)Get my meetings in place for my team. Holding annual meetings, weekly meetings. Started using slack for daily community and tasking. Need to be more organized and efficient. 5) Cut the programs and Facebook groups that I didn’t need anymore. My word for 2020 is streamline. I don’t want there to be any confusion on my team or any confusion for my customers. So we are going to be more focused in 2020.

And it’s the first impression that they’re gonna have when they interact with your business and your brand, when they come to your website, when they see you on social media. That’s what we’re gonna talk about today, that impression you want to create and where you want to take your business in the future. So a lot of you guys know that we recently went through a re-brand for the Classy Career Girl brand. And so today I’m gonna walk you through the steps that we took to really uncover who we are.

When the project didn’t go how I thought it would go and I realized that I had to manage the project, I said this to myself over and over again. No one else is going to actually love this business as much as I do and care about the new membership site and launching it at a certain time. I had to create the 90-day plan and follow up and make sure everything was actually getting done. I say this a lot now. If I want a top podcast, it begins with me. No one else even if I hire and spend a ton of money, no one can do it for me. Making sure that my website is rebranded, begins with me. Making sure that my community is engaged is not a result of my community manager, it begins with me making sure she has the info she needs and the metrics/outcomes she is reaching toward. It
