I cannot underestimate the value of building relationships and the effect it has on your athletic career. Athletes, coaches, teachers must work to build relationships with each other and with their athletes every day. Athletes must take the time to not just work hard but build relationships with your coaches and people you come in contact in the recruiting process as well.
