What if You Don't Like Your Leader?

If you're in this situation you typically have a few options. 1) Do nothing and suffer. 2) Have a conversation with your leader. 3) Try to switch teams. 4) Quit. 5) Focus on doing great quality work. Regardless of the path you take, I think the worst option here is the first one. If you do nothing and just complain about your situation then I'm sorry, but you deserve what you get. What can I do better? If you want to improve yourself on a certain thing. 3. What can I focus on now to prepare for a future role? If you want to focus on your growth for future learning and development. I found these questions very effective to get the feedback I’m looking for. Try it out!
