John Stacy AKA Jbasser is a Navy Veteran who was a Hull Maintenance Technician or HT, He specialized in all aspects of asbestos used on board Ships and Submarines. He received his Asbestos Training at the Navy Environmental Preventive Medicine unit in San Diego in 1983. Even going as far to change the Map legent for AO exposure. The VA has been ordered to completely revamp their coastline strategy and re draw the map of the exposure zone in southeast Asia.
