Sarah interviews Kellye Garrett, author of Hollywood Homicide, the first of 3 books in the Detective by Day Mystery Series.  Dayna Anderson is a retired actress in need of money to help save her parents house.  She sees a billboard offering a reward for a hit and run case in Los Angeles and realizes she was there when it happens.  She decides to attempt to help solve the case so she will get the reward, but ends up in over her head. Sarah talks about Curious Minds by Janet Evanovich and Phoef Sutton.  Curious Minds is the first in the Knight and Moon mystery series, featuring Emerson Knight and Riley Moon.  The 2 find themselves involved in some crazy mysteries that take them to unexpected places. Sarah talks about author Rick Riordan's books, with an emphasis on one of his newest series, The Trials of Apollo. Sarah interviewsCurtis C. Sarah talks about one of her favorite authors from childhood, E.L. Konigsburg.  2017 marks the 50th anniversary of her classic book, From the Mixed-Up Files of Mrs. Basil E.
