Death, whether metaphorically or physically, is inevitable. A very poignant subject as my father just past away last month. Yet, death comes in all different forms, from the end of a season, to a relationship breaking up, to losing a beloved pet, to losing a championship, to losing my favorite car in a near-fatal accident.... #NecessaryLosses My client co-host, Kris and I discuss the powerful enlightment and wisdom to be gained by digging deeper and understanding what lies beneath the surface of loss. Too many commitments? Great intentions, yet overwhelmed? Problem saying, "No Thanks"?
