Episode 12: Taking Inventory: Are You Where You Want To Be In Life?

Life is a journey and everyone is busy. At least once a year, take INVENTORY of your life and see how you are doing. Debbi created the acronym PEST, for checking in with the Physical, Emotional, Spiritual and Transitional areas of life. Don’t let life just happen. Even a little bit of adjusting the sails on your sailboat can get you to where you are trying to go. Athena admits to being in the medical field, but not going to the doctor (not taking care of the Physical aspect). Debbi reveals that she is super-healthy and has gotten a clean bill of health on all her recent health exams. Athena decides not to procrastinate and make some appointments, since Debbi tells her it’s better to know what’s going on than to worry about something because you don’t have the information you need.
