Top of the Premier League, top of their Champions League group, and through to the last 16 of the Carabao Cup, it’s been close to a perfect start to the season for Liverpool, going into their huge match with Manchester City at Anfield on Sunday. And it has been a squad effort, with Jurgen Klopp having used 26 players in Liverpool’s unbeaten nine-game run to start the campaign.
