Behind Enemy Lines: 'Incredible’ Kane, midfield ‘force of nature’ and the Liverpool-linked left-back proving to be 'superb' buy
16/12/2020 Duration: 22minAhead of tonight’s huge match, Matt Addison speaks to Football.London's Tottenham Hotspur reporter Alasdair Gold to get the lowdown on the visitors to Anfield and the team Jose Mourinho has taken to the top of the table. In Harry Kane, Spurs have a player looking more like Roberto Firmino every week that goes by, while Heung-min Son is benefiting greatly from his captain’s transition to a creator as well as a goalscorer. Along with Gareth Bale, Tottenham fans hope they have a trio to rival Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Firmino, and while they aren’t quite there yet, the quality of the individuals is clear. It’s also the case in the other areas of the pitch, where Sergio Reguilon, who Liverpool looked at before signing Kostas Tsimikas in the summer, has started life in north London in fine form. Tanguy N’Dombele, meanwhile, has turned a corner, making the midfield battle something to look forward to at Anfield for a Liverpool team still with a plethora of injury problems limiting their selection op

Press Conference: Jose labels Liverpool's injuries as 'normal' after Jurgen hails rival for turning Tottenham into a 'result machine'
15/12/2020 Duration: 31minWelcome to the Press Conference on the Blood Red channel, where usually we hear just from Jurgen Klopp ahead of Liverpool’s next match. But seeing as their next match is such a big one, we will also be hearing from the manager of the Tottenham Hotspur team that will arrive at Anfield tomorrow night for a top-of-the-table battle... and that manager, of course, being Jose Mourinho. Jurgen praised Jose for turning Spurs into a ‘result machine' at his press conference at Kirby, and Jose responded to those comments at his own press conference, later in the afternoon, as well as making some interesting remarks about Liverpool’s injury problems. You can hear both of the press conferences, which includes touching tributes to the late, great Gerard Houllier, here.Watch and subscribe to our Blood Red videos on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/BloodRedLiverpoolFCJoin our Blood Red podcast group on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1656599847979758/Visit the Liverpool ECHO website: https://www.liverpoolecho.co

15/12/2020 Duration: 58minAfter the Champions League draw was made, pairing Liverpool with RB Leipzig, Josh Williams and David Hughes look at that enticing encounter and preview the visit of Tottenham Hotspur to Anfield. Julian Nagelsmann's Leipzig side will provide a stern test for Jurgen Klopp's men to navigate, but with that tie still a number of weeks away, there is plenty of time for things to change - particularly on the Liverpool injury front. With Harry Kane, Jose Mourinho and Co first to come to town on Wednesday, the Analysing Anfield regulars look into how the game might pan out, with Spurs set to provide a massive test for the Reds, whether Joel Matip is back from injury or not. Kane is far from their only threat, with Heung-min Son, Tanguy N'Dombele and plenty of others picked out as being big threats. Liverpool will certainly have to improve on their performance at Fulham if they are to get anything from Tottenham in what should be a mouthwatering encounter at the summit of the Premier League. There is also a look ahead
