SR000: Our New Show Self-Reflection Sunday
08/07/2018 Duration: 11minSUMMARY: This is a show about Self-Reflection! At its simplest, self-reflection is about careful thought. Reflection gives the brain an opportunity to pause amidst the chaos, untangle and sort through observations and experiences, consider multiple possible interpretations, and create meaning. This meaning becomes learning, which can then inform future mindsets and actions. This “meaning making” is crucial to their ongoing growth and development. Enjoy and have a self-reflective Sunday.
