Sean Comer and Mark Radulich put Inception, On Trial! Inception is a 2010 science fiction heist thriller film written, co-produced, and directed by Christopher Nolan, and co-produced by Emma Thomas. The film stars Leonardo DiCaprio as a professional thief who steals information by infiltrating the subconscious, and is offered a chance to have his criminal history erased as payment for a seemingly impossible task: "inception", the implantation of another person's idea into a target's subconscious. The ensemble cast additionally includes Ellen Page, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Marion Cotillard, Ken Watanabe, Tom Hardy, Dileep Rao, Cillian Murphy, Tom Berenger, and Michael Caine.

MHOD reviews the latest from Greek power metal band Firewind, Immortals! Immortals is the eigth studio album from Firewind.  Immortals is a concept album focused on the battles of Thermopylae and Salamis during the second Persian invasion of Greece in 480 BC. On July 2016, Firewind entered the studio to begin recording a new album. In November 2016, it was announced that the album, titled Immortals, had been completed and would be released on January 20, 2017. On November 25, the band released the first single from this album, entitled "Hands of Time".

Robert Cooper and Mark Radulich review the latest season of Netflix's Voltron: Legendary Defender! Voltron: Legendary Defender is an American animated web television series produced by DreamWorks Animation and World Events Productions and animated by Studio Mir. It is a reboot of both the Beast King GoLion anime series and the Voltron franchise, and its animation is a mix of anime-influenced traditional animation for characters and background and CGI for Voltron action sequences. The first season premiered on Netflix on June 10, 2016 and consisted of 11 episodes. It was released globally in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Scandinavia, Benelux Union and Latin America. A second season premiered on Netflix on January 20, 2017.  All 13 episodes of Season 2 were released on January 20, 2017. Each episode runs for 23 minutes.

The UFC kicked off 2017 with Fight Night 103 where Yair Rodriguez obliterated BJ Penn as well as a couple of dubious decisions on the main card and the expert panel is here to review that action.  Plus they'll look ahead to next week when the UFC returns to Colorado with a likely number one contenders fight between Valentina Shevchenko and Julianna Pena as well as a barn burner between Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone and Jorge Masvidal.  Plus thoughts on Bellator 170 and the theoretical final fight in the career of Tito Ortiz.

A new semi-weekly/monthly show where a featured guest picks a movie for me to watch and then we review it together. In this first installment, Gavin Napier (Casual Heroes, Bunkhouse Stampede, etc) Gavin has chosen the Paul Thomas Anderson movie, There WILL Be Blood! There Will Be Blood is a 2007 American epic historical drama film written and directed by Paul Thomas Anderson and starring Daniel Day-Lewis and Paul Dano. The film was inspired by Upton Sinclair's novel Oil!

The boys review the latest from Brazilian metal veterans Sepultura, Machine Messiah! Machine Messiah is the fourteenth studio album by the Brazilian metal band Sepultura, released on January 13, 2017.[1] It is the band's first studio album in over three years since The Mediator Between Head and Hands Must Be the Heart (2013), marking the longest gap between two studio albums in their career.

Comer and Radulich put Big Trouble in Little China, On Trial! Big Trouble in Little China is a 1986 American dark fantasy martial arts film directed by John Carpenter. It stars Kurt Russell, Kim Cattrall, Dennis Dun, and James Hong. The film tells the story of Jack Burton, who helps his friend Wang Chi rescue Wang's green-eyed fiancee from bandits in San Francisco's Chinatown. They go into the mysterious underworld beneath Chinatown, where they face an ancient sorcerer named David Lo Pan, who requires an Asian woman with green eyes to release him from a centuries-old curse.

We kick off 2017 with a brand new Clutch retrospective! Jesse and Mark look back at the first season of the Netflix season, Black Mirror! Black Mirror is a British television anthology series created by Charlie Brooker that features speculative fiction with dark and satirical themes that examine modern society, particularly with regard to the unanticipated consequences of new technologies. The show was first broadcast on the British Channel 4, in 2011. In September 2015, Netflix commissioned a third season of 12 episodes. The commissioned episodes were later divided into two seasons of six episodes; the third season was released on Netflix worldwide on 21 October 2016. Regarding the programme's content and structure, Brooker noted, "each episode has a different cast, a different setting, even a different reality. But they're all about the way we live now – and the way we might be living in 10 minutes' time if we're clumsy." The series has received critical acclaim and has seen an increase in interest internationally (particularly in the US) after being added to

2017 is here and the UFC is ready to kick things off with a Fight Night card headlined by the return of MMA and former UFC lightweight and welterweight champion BJ Penn as he takes on rising contender Yair Rodriguez.  The expert panel will preview all of the fights on that card and take a look at the week of news in the MMA world.

The Diet Diary has been refurbished into just a personal diary.  I have no idea how often I'm going to do this but when I have something to say, this will be the format.
