The father, Richard, was a successful businessman. Joseph Scolaro, one of Richard's high-level executives, would become the prime suspect in the murders. Robert Levinson worked in the DEA and then the FBI for many years until his retirement. After retirement, Bob started doing freelance work which took him to Iran. Richey Edwards was a member of the Welsh band Manic Street Preachers. Richey was a gifted lyricist who used his intelligence and dark brooding themes to create some of the bands most enduring songs. On February 1, 1995, Richey disappeared prior to a scheduled flight to the United States where the band was set to tour. This case is 90 years old and remains one of Detroit's most baffling and brutal unsolved murders.
