When I think about the systems we put in place to reform poor behavior, I often think about the act of inprisonment. The binds that holds a crew of rock breakers, the torturious acts of an inquisitioner, strappado and other unique ways of illiciting a response. Then I think about D&D, a game most of us use to escape reality and suppliment a hero as an avatar of ourselves. In this episode you can really hear the two worlds crashing as irreversable decisions are made which really let others know where the moral line is. We asked for mercy, and now their on our side. I wanted to squeeze as much in as I could while still allowing the listener a finality to an event. After chasing an army on the field of battle and breaching the walls of their escape, we are faced with troubles. Moraly flexable ones at that. Not to ask the listener to picture the trolley car dilema, but imagine an unreliable narrator telling our heroes exactally what they wanted to hear until time ran up on the rouse.   Now, replace that narration with a mirror. You gas yourself up so much you can shoot to the stars only to find you've impacted an asteroid. The responsibility becomes our own to keep those arround us safe from the shooting stars. In that moment, a leader is defined, a decision is made, and a dice is rolled to find out who gets the honor of removing a royal smile at the neck. Our shapeshifter Wolfsbain gives it one last go before releasing all sorts of hell into the top floor of the estate. "Stick to the plan, Dude". As Episode 5 of Dungeonetics was rolling I couldn't help recall the strategy our party has uttered when faced with most troubles. Burn it all down.   Imagine my shock, hearing heroic changelings take the helm as they make contact with disciples of the harbinger. Not only that, but try to reason and turn them without engaging in the senselessness of aggression. Then I realize I have to edit in some sounds of wet towels being flung and rib cages being cracked. Just magically whisked away into the auditory madness of this episode labeled "Well, hello dollies".  yuck...   (fair warning: There is a crackle in a mic which has been isolated and pulled but...
