Synopsis
The Options Industry Council (OIC) was created to educate individual investors, financial advisors and institutional investors about the benefits and risks of exchange-traded equity options. In these podcasts, OIC exchange instructors discuss a range of options topics beginning with the fundamentals through more complex trading strategies. Topics include call options, put options, options pricing, LEAPS or long-term options, ETF’s, and covered calls.Disclaimer: Beginning in February 2015, the Expiration Date for monthly options was moved from Saturday to Friday. Most options that expire in a given month usually expire on the third Friday of the month.
