Brad Hagen, Sam Houston State's (SHSU) head bowling coach, returns to chat about winning SHSU's first ever NCAA Division I National Championship. His squad upset defending champion, the Nebraska Cornhuskers, 4-2 to win the title in the Cleveland suburb of Wickliffe, Ohio. He will be joined by the entire team and they will share their experience of how they overcame an aweful Day 1 showing in the tournament to secure the championship. .

Dubbed as the "Game of the Year," by the Sports Network, No.2 ranked Eastern Washington Eagles is looking to get even with No.4 ranked Sam Houston State Bearkats at Elliot T. Bowers Stadium in Huntsville, TX. These two teams met in the NCAA FCS semifinals last year where the Bearkats pulled off a 45-42 win in Cheney, Washington to make it back to the title game in Frisco for the second year in a row. The game will be televised regionally on CSN Houston at 2 p.m. So check your local stations to see if they carry the network.

With the economy currently in recovery mode from the "Great Recession" from 2008-10, many wonder if it will ever get back to the "normal."  Brian Domitrovic, Ph.D.,  believes that it can return to it normalcy if those in power takes the steps that was taken that brought a 3%  during the presidency of Ronald Reagan. Domotrivic wrote a book called "Econoclast: The Rebels Who Sparked The Supply-Side Revolution and Restored American Prosperity " that documents the results of the supply-siders and how those same policies can get America back on it's feet. He is currently the associate professor of history at Sam Houston State and writes a column for Forbes called "Past and Present.
