This journey that we are on with Mikey has made us re-evaluate sooooooo many things, especially securing our home to keep him safe.

This is a topic that Heather is really passionate about and we wanted to share our experience with picky little eaters. With Mikey it started back when he was tongue-tied and only started eating finger-foods around 11 months. Mikey is a seeker type with sensory processing disorder and he actually craves crunchy, chewy textures.

Heather and I continue our story of Mikey starting Kindergarten and where he is today.

Quite a few years back, I met Lindsi at a Photography Conference and we stayed in touch since then. I learned last year (I believe) that she is a special education teacher and has a lot of experience with kids like Mikey. We share a conversation about how, as parents we can help through the use of accommodations.
