Afraid to use dropbox or put your documents in the cloud? Naming your documents is key to being able to run your mobile office off of your iPhone.  This is VERY powerful.  Not only is it backed up in the cloud, but you an access anything you need 24/7 with your phone. 

I don't know about you, but email has become SO overwhelming with all of the clients, events, invites, spam, coupons, etc.  I want to tell you all about how we manage it all so we are not in email jail. 

I never really understood how important my calendar would be until my paper planner was stolen when my car was broken into while in college.  I thought my life was so important. Going to class, going to my internship, teaching gymnastics, going to the gym. This is just one of the many crazy situations that prepped me to become a smarter business owner.  Being able to share my calendars with others helps with communication and eliminates confusion.  I will share a little insight to how we run iCal at my company.
