Kellen and Will open up the 2013 Earth-2.net: The Show Advent Calendar with A Charlie Brown Christmas!

In the not-too-distant past / Last Sunday AD / There was a guy named Will / Not too different from you or me / He did a segment called TV 101 / And there was a show that he really loved / He recorded an episode for its 25th year / But then he ended up gushing / And then it was so clear / If you can't wait to hear how it all started / And other history facts (la la la) / Then repeat to yourself, "It's just a show, / I should really just relax / For Mystery Science Theater 3000!"

First, Ian Wilson looks at Thor: The Dark World in a solo Comic Reel-lief. Then Mike, having just completed the awesome cartoon that is Young Justice, discusses two Young Justice comic books: Young Justice #1 from 1998 and Young Justice #0 from 2011.

Mike fumbles his way through the November Previews, which include: All-New Invaders #1, All-New X-Factor #1, Black Widow #1, Detective Comics #27, Red Lanterns #27, and more!

Ian Wilson is back for Comic Reel-lief, and Tom Hemmings is back as well, meaning it's another lists segment! The two Englishmen look at the best and worst hero characterization under the Bizarro rules system first pioneered by Reddick & Sims. Ian can criticize DC and laud Marvel, but not the reverse. Whilst Tom can't slag off DC, nor praise Marvel. The rules are relaxed for their tertiary list: most evil villainous plan. Which character is condemned for wearing Aryan makeup? Who struggles to pronounce Rorschach? And just what will the banner image end up being?

For the eighth anniversary of Earth-2.net: The Show, the episode number says it all! It's episode 666, and all things horror are on display. Dan and Wendee start things off with a conversation about "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow." Then Ian and Dave are joined by Jim Moon to look at The Legend of the 7 Golden Vampires. Will and Chris dive into Supernatural, and Des brings Darryll to The Show for a chat about the short film "Familiar." After that, it's Will, Hannah, and Rosemary's Baby. Then, Shana and Mike cap things off with Poltergeist.

In this brand new segment, Mike begins his examination of the Devin Grayson era of Nightwing by covering Nightwing Annual #1, Nightwing and Huntress #1-4, and portions of Nightwing Secret Files.

As Halloween draws near, Mike thought it appropriate to present The Witch's Tale episode "Graveyard Mansion."
