We've got the bits of information that can make your business better; before something happens to take a bite out of your business backside. Your host is the founder of Finch Law - a firm for the serious entrepreneur. She's one of the original computer lawyers (back when a portable computer weighed 30#), former trademark counsel for Honeywell, a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Minnesota, and a former partner at a national law firm. She's been an adjunct instructor at the University of St. Thomas, the University of St. Catherine, and ran the small business clinic for Mitchell Hamline Law School. From the theory to the practical, with an eye to enjoying the journey, she'll guide you through the legal side of issues faced by business.
