This podcast episode was originally recorded in November of 2019.  It was the final episode before Mr. Joe was forced to terminate his podcast.  The sound quality of many of the older episodes have been altered due to the extended absence, and needed to be re-recorded.

Mr. Joe returns to celebrate his 100th episode with his loyal listeners. We review the last year of topics, personal experiences, and motivation behind the creation of Mr. Joe's Bipolar Podcast.

Mr. Joe is back for a Monday edition of Mr. Joe's Bipolar Podcast. Since last week, he had recorded 2 different episodes for a total of 90 minutes of content. Unfortunately, a technical error with his podcasting host resulted in an abundance of lost content. Mr. Joe reviews some of the content that was deleted, including his latest experience with one of the deepest and darkest depression cycles he's had in nearly a decade. His mood swings have included ultra rapid cycling along with tremendous amount of stress.

Mr. Joe speaks on a recent podcast that he downloaded, which was produced by two podcasters of the mental illness industry. Mr. Joe is baffled by his own personal discovery based on the incredible information portrayed by Becky & John Emotions. Mr. Joe also describes his most recent mixed episode of depression & mania that is clearly ignited by exercise.
