Brian Cheeseman began his career in the WHL working for the Tri-City Americans during the 2019-10 season. He was also a member of the Oil Kings staff who enjoyed WHL championships in 2012 and 2014, and a Memorial Cup championship in 2014. The Mount Pearl, NL native served as an Athletic Therapist with Hockey Canada for the U-17 Pacific Team in 2012 and won gold at the 2013 Ivan Hlinka Memorial Tournament. He was named Athletic Therapist of Team Canada for the IIHF World Junior Hockey Championship in Finland in 2016, and again in Montreal and Toronto in 2017 where the team captured a silver medal. IN 2018 Cheeseman captured a gold medal with Team Canada at the IIHF World Junior Championship in Buffalo. Cheeseman was a member of the staff at the 2014 Top Prospects game, the 2016 CIBC Canada Russia Series and most recently was a member of Team Orr at the 2019 Sherwin Williams CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game.
