    14/08/2018 Duration: 20min

In this episode, Nadia took the time to express her insights about making love. For her, making love is not just about sex, it’s about understanding self-worth, having self-love and love of God. She even shared some views from the book, “Becoming Supernatural” by Joe Dispenza.   Nadia never thought that love would be such a great feeling that would help her to be happier and fulfilled. Making love is all about the love that you’re feeling inside you, and you’re releasing it to the world via compassion. Nadia also shared her experiences in making love as she struggles with finding herself and using her love to get strength, kind-heartedness, and contentment. This is another interesting chapter in Nadia’s life that will surely touch our hearts, and teach us on how to love ourselves back to life.

  • 029 – Becoming Supernatural

    31/07/2018 Duration: 09min

Becoming supernatural doesn’t mean that you have to be different nor you have to become a superhero. In this episode, Nadia took the time to elaborate on how we can simply be supernatural in our own ways, with the help of our own energy and mindset. Nadia strongly believes in the law of attraction. The same concept was used in the book, “Becoming Supernatural”, by Dr. Joe Dispenza, which was used in the episode to further explain the topic. According to the author, you cannot create a new reality if you keep looking in the rear-view mirror, you have to think more of positive thoughts. Nadia thoroughly explained how we should be aware and conscious of our decisions in life as we tend to attract whatever we think of, most of the time. To tie up with her views, she shared how Dr. Dispenza’s idea of creating “my own mind-movie” would help us draw what our future could be. Another exhilarating topic from Nadia and her journey of loving herself back to life. We surely will learn a lot from her again.

  • 028 – The Power of Male Female alliance

    24/07/2018 Duration: 12min

In this episode, we talk about the different energies and ideas that are brought about by the way men and women think differently. It has been an age-old fact that men and women, albeit from the same species, think very differently from each other because of a lot of different factors. Men, the problem solvers, always on the get-go. Women, the analytical, thinking ahead. Read Full Transcript Men may be very conservative, very critical, of the way they think and do things. Very methodical, to say the least. Women, on the other hand, are very thorough, very open, and like to share what’s on their minds. Nadia shares an anecdote of her son, how a little boy could think and feel at such a very ripe age. She also shares a story about Tony, her friend, who is also a father. These stories depict how men think very differently from women and once we learn to appreciate our differences, joining force can be rewarding. Although these are pretty much very polar in different aspects, Nadia shares how this di

  • 027 – Our Quest For Togetherness

    16/07/2018 Duration: 08min

In this episode, Nadia shares her thoughts about “our quest for togetherness.” She expounds on the reason as to why we long for togetherness in our lives. She surfaced on some of the important parts of life where we need “togetherness” or being together with someone who would make us feel loved and important. Nadia enunciated some of her personal experiences as to how she felt that need of togetherness in her life and how it made her stronger and happy. Read Full Transcript People nowadays tend to underestimate the need for togetherness as they tend to assume that we always need to be independent. Just like how we’re raising our kids to be independent. But apparently, there’s still a part of us that would actually need someone to assure us that we’re in the right path of life, someone who would appreciate what we do and how we have been; someone who really cares. As per Nadia, there’s no greater gift than knowing that we make a difference, big or small. And that we need someone who would at least

    09/07/2018 Duration: 10min

In this episode, Nadia shares her views on how we personally control our lives. As we commemorated the American Independence Day, Nadia was celebrating her Freedom. She further explains her insights on how we can be the leader of our life. Read Full Transcript According to Nadia, freedom starts in our heart, in our state of mind and in how we feel about ourselves. Usually, people would make a decision based on their situations and in some instance, the choices are based on fear in mind. Nadia makes a parallel with her friend Erica who has done her best to support her two kids but still struggles in finding happiness. The truth is we have a choice although they are not always easy choices; the key is to stay open to options. Happiness is a choice; you cannot predict what might happen; however, you can choose how you will react to a given situation. You just have to take charge of your own life regardless of what your status might be. Diving in and addressing the root-cause is the real solution to

  • 025 – Crossing The Bridge to Freedom

    02/07/2018 Duration: 13min

In this week’s episode, Nadia shares her thoughts on crossing the bridge to freedom, prompted by a conversation she had with her friend Martha. She considers if people’s thoughts, ideas, and creativity are worth paying for, as they are not physical products. Using lessons learned from Napoleon Hill’s “How to Own Your Own Mind,” she discusses that fairly compensating people for their creativity yields good results and helps to create lasting alliances and positive relationships. Read Full Transcript She explains how it is important to value those who you collaborate with in order to cross your own bridge to freedom – if they were not there helping you, you may only have an idea. In order to motivate people, your desire and belief must shine through, to get them invested in your cause, then they too will work to the best of their ability, in a team effort to help you reach your goal and cross that bridge. She stresses the importance of creative vision and determination; both traits are a must when

  • 024 – Connecting The Dots

    26/06/2018 Duration: 12min

In this episode, Nadia shares with us how a childhood dream made her understand that we may sometimes think that things are too far out, too unreachable, too impossible, when in fact they are things within our grasp; we just haven’t realized it yet. She also shares how as a child she could get the things she wanted by being “acute, playful, and smart” and how that molded her to see things in a different light, in where she had to observe and understand the things happening around her, and act accordingly to those factors, so she could get what she wanted. Read Full Transcript Connecting The Dots focuses on how our actions could lead to many different domino effects in our life, sometimes and hopefully all the time, leading for us to get to where we really want to be in life. This episode is another eye-opener and makes us, the listeners, ponder and think what we wanted to achieve even in our ripest age, and circle back to qualify whether we have done what is necessary to achieve these aspirations.

    18/06/2018 Duration: 12min

What would you do if you knew you couldn’t fail? What if you are the player, referee, the goalie, and you play both parts of the team?  Wouldn’t that give you all the reasons to win?  In this episode, Nadia explains how her life changed for the better after letting go of what is probable in order to live an exceptional life.  She brings in the teaching of Dr. Srini Pillay from Harvard who explains the neuroscience of financial success. • 022 – Why We Fear Chemicals

    11/06/2018 Duration: 13min

In this week’s episode, Nadia addresses the fear of chemicals and bacteria in our lives. It all started from an incident that happened to her on Friday which challenged her own mindset. This episode goes to show that our fears aren’t always what they seem. We tend to think that naturally derived materials may be better than synthetic ones. As Nadia wittily puts it, we are surrounded by natural chemical reactions like biodegradation and fermentation. But these reactions are often produced in labs. Whether you are afraid of those synthetic chemicals or not boils down to your mindset. Read Full Transcript Nadia explains that even inside us, we have as many, if not more, bacteria cells as human cells in our body. Then what compels some people to fear germs and use antimicrobial soap? Depending on how we feel—fearful, stressed, or fulfilled—our body will produce different chemicals in different ratios. So it is important to pay attention to what you tell yourself as you will attract more of what you

In this episode, Nadia shares Napoleon Hill’s views on the Golden Rules. In this episode, Nadia shares her thoughts and insight about the Golden Rule – “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” And takes it a step further, bringing the law of manifestation explained in “The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace D. Wattles. She tastefully ties both, the law of attraction and the law of manifestation which, in a nutshell, states that “Your thoughts create a feeling. This feeling is turned into action, and the action will yield a specific result.” Nadia shares an anecdote about her father’s ways to fend for the family, especially in raising pigs with “free” feeds, which did not yield the result that her father had hoped for. Read Full Transcript This led to a realization within Nadia that she did not think negatively of her father, but because of what happened, she chose to lead her life differently and made a pact with herself that she did not want to become what her fath

  • 020 – Closing the Gap

    29/05/2018 Duration: 22min

In this week’s episode, Nadia shares with us what she learned from the book “The 3 Gaps” by Hyrum W. Smith which details ideas about the choices and decisions we make in life and how it affects our behaviors towards these decisions. Some will take the easy way out, yet some will challenge themselves and bring out the best in them. The book focuses on the three “gaps” which are “belief gap”, the “value gap”, and the “time gap” respectively. In this episode, Nadia focuses on the one gap she believes has not been tackled through the course of this podcast: The Value Gap. Read Full Transcript The Book states that in order for us to close the “Value Gap”, we first need to establish and understand what values govern us. What is the thing that we will do at all costs, to protect and live these values? What may be of value to one, may not be as valuable to another. In this way of thinking, we are positioned in such a way that we each live our lives differently, according to the values that we stand up fo

    14/05/2018 Duration: 17min

In this week’s episode, we talk about one of the things that may or may not pose as a challenge in our daily lives; our own expectations. More often than not, we are motivated to do things, big or small, by the common expectation that we’ve already formulated in our brain. We are already anticipating an outcome from everything that we do. Sometimes, the actual result of our actions may or may not be to our liking, or at par with our expectations, which makes us feel different from what we expected.   Read Full Transcript At the same time, Nadia speaks about the expectation of our surroundings towards us. This expectation sometimes dictate the way we present ourselves to the world, thinking that this would conform to others’ expectation of us. May it be our friends, our spouse, or simply other people that we deal with in life, they would have expectations of us, and it is up to us if we would conform to these expectations or not. Wrapping this episode up, Nadia leaves wi

Read Full Transcript Feeling exasperated, Nadia decided to show “Paprika” her blueprints and plans on her computer to prove that her ideas were backed with a sound plan. At that point, the conversation became more abrasive sending Nadia into fear and self-doubt, losing her momentum and questioning her existence. Nadia had to use many tricks, to get out of this negative state of mind, tapping into the four Archetype that we have inside us; the Lover, the Warrior, the Queen, and the Wizard. These personas are all within us and portray a different character within us, leading to very d

    01/05/2018 Duration: 15min

In this week’s episode, we uncover one of the things that we commonly miss in our day-to-day lives, and that is looking back at the past that paved the way to what we are today. Nadia comes with a nostalgic flavor this week when she chanced upon a letter she wrote ten years ago: her pledge as to what she wanted to eventually do with her company. Looking at this piece of written memory that was written before all the success of her skincare line, Avesence, Nadia ponders what the past has brought into her life that makes her what she is today. Read Full Transcript We will meet critical partners in our journey. Looking back at what transpired then will make us realize why things are the way they are today. The idea of a “magic bullet,” something that will automatically bring us success, is non-existent, as Nadia explains. There is no shortcut to success, to being who we want to be. It is all derived from working hard, putting all your passion and effort into whatever it is in life you decide to purs
