Scarcity is the never enough problem. Never thin enough, never rich enough, never safe enough, and never extraordinary enough - to name a few. At the core of scarcity is shame, comparison and disengagement. Learn about how scarcity in culture, and in family systems can impact our lives, and how aspects of our faith can help change our world view.

Shame. It's the voice inside that tells you you're not worthy, that you'll never live up to expectations. It's the desire to run or hide, because they'll never like you if they know who you really are. And, for many of us, it's that sense that God can't really love us as we are, not until we find some way to clean up and keep it together. How do we move out of these cycles of shame? How can we learn to accept and trust in the love of God?
