Welcome back to The Follow Up!  Join Bill Van Kirk and Carrie Vajko as we trek further on our journey of faith.  This week, we continue exploring the story of Abraham as he is faced with his biggest test of faith.  We talk about when God asks Abraham to sacrifice his son and how that relates to us.  It can be easy sometimes to believe in God and trust Him when all is good, but when God asks us to do something difficult, how do we respond?  This story of Abraham and Isaac previews the story of God's sacrifice of his own son, Jesus, which is a reminder of the length God has gone to have a relationship with us.  So the question becomes: do we trust God and are we willing to do what is asked of us, even when it's hard?  Do we see God as the provider?  Because after all of the dumb decisions Abraham made, when it was on the line, he accepted the challenge and showed the man of faith he is and an example for Christians to follow.Subscribe for more in-depth discussions and weekly updates on our biblical se
