Just as we need to eat healthy and exercise regularly to stay in physical shape, we also must eat healthy and exercise spiritually consistently stay in spiritual shape

God rebuilds me spiritually as I work with others for Him.

Spiritual rebuilding requires honestly facing the wreckage in my life

In order for the broken parts of my life to be rebuilt, I must engage in God's process of rebuilding.
