The Biggest Thing that Keeps You From Earning What You're Worth
04/09/2020 Duration: 36minMindset is an incredibly powerful tool. It is the driving force behind the actions and behaviors which will set us up for success or keep us fearful and unsure about the future. Depending on which mindset we adopt, our perspectives will be very different. The path of abundance has us looking at the world through a lens of optimism and gratitude. However, with a scarcity mindset, all we see are obstacles, problems, and no way out.Show notes: www.shescrafted.comSend Me A Text & Share Your QA's or ThoughtsSupport the showLoved this episode? What Does Headwraps Have To Do With Decisions and Confidence?
10/07/2020 Duration: 17minDecisions and Confidence are essential aspects of growing a business. They are also two of the reasons so many of us get stuck because we feel like we don't have enough... But I challenge all of us to take time to reflect on whether that belief is true? Ask ourselves where did that come from? So many times we are looking for the answers to why we haven't found confidence or made decisions because we are looking to external things, but what I have found is the experiences we have in our lives often color our beliefs. In this episode, I share with you how my negative experiences while wearing headwraps almost made me lose my confidence in sharing my unique story.
