  • How To Build Success One Step At A Time

    24/07/2020 Duration: 42min

In this episode, our guest is Kate Crocco, an MSW,(Master of Social Work) LCSW (Licensed clinical social workers), is a psychotherapist, confidence and mindset coach, and writer author of, "Thinking Like a Boss". Often as in our journey to reach the goals we aspire to, our mindset and beliefs can make it difficult for us to reach them. In her new book, Kate shares 12 lies that we all may at some point believe that hold us back from where we want to go. And one of my favorite chapters is Lie #3 “I’m not qualified”. On the show, we talk about this one and a few others and how to overcome them. Kate shares with us how to build success in life and business by taking one step at a time. One of my favorite quotes from Kate in this chat is, “Every Step was scary & difficult but they were built on each other”. Yes to this and many more mic drop moments throughout the show. • What Does Headwraps Have To Do With Decisions and Confidence?

    10/07/2020 Duration: 17min

Decisions and Confidence are essential aspects of growing a business. They are also two of the reasons so many of us get stuck because we feel like we don't have enough... But I challenge all of us to take time to reflect on whether that belief is true? Ask ourselves where did that come from? So many times we are looking for the answers to why we haven't found confidence or made decisions because we are looking to external things, but what I have found is the experiences we have in our lives often color our beliefs. We ignore them or brush them as if they have little consequence to our daily life but they are often the reasons why we find it hard for us to take the leap into decision making and confidence. In this episode, I share with you how my negative experiences while wearing headwraps almost made me lose my confidence in sharing my unique story.  If you like this episode and others and are looking for a place to learn and grow please join me inside my New Private Facebook Group Craft Your Clar

In life, we all experience so many different life hurdles and in this episode we talk about just one of them, chronic illness. There are so many women that are affected by endometriosis and it has been my goal to share the journey and the faces behind statics of 1 in 10. What does 1 in 10 mean, well one in ten women are diagnosed with endometriosis. I am sure this ratio would be even more shocking if more of us spoke up and shared our pain. There is a stigma around women and our reproductive systems, which is ridiculous, considering mankind would not be here without it. But I digress, this is not a social problem I’m trying to bring light to, my goal is to help women who are suffering in the shadow, Know that you can be heard and know they are not alone. I know once I started to share my journey with living with Endometriosis, is when I started to get the help and support I needed. There is no shame in chronic illness, it is not our f
