For years, Jeff and Tricia Bradford kept their abortion a secret from their friends and church community.  “We hid our story, because of the deep shame and regret that we had,” Jeff Bradford says.  The couple was engaged when Tricia, then 20, learned she was pregnant. President Joe Biden’s proposed changes to the Supreme Court are “shameful” and “dangerous,” legal expert John Malcolm says. Last week, Biden announced a “bold plan to reform the Supreme Court,” including ending lifetime appointments in favor of 18-year terms, implementation of an enforceable code of ethics, and an attempt to reverse the U.S. Supreme Court's recent ruling on presidential immunity. “It is attempting to attack the integrity of the court and to destroy the independence of the one body that is supposed to be apolitical,” says Malcolm, senior legal fellow and vice president of the Institute for Constitutional Government at The Heritage Foundation. Sen. Roger Marshall says he will launch an investigation into Google after the search engine suppressed content related to the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump.  Google is “no longer functioning as a search engine that just assimilates” information, says Marshall, R-Kan., “but now they're using algorithms to campaign against President Trump.”  Initiating a Google search of “assassination attempt on president,” quickly reveals that Trump’s name is not within the autofill of suggested searches, although former Presidents Harry Truman, Gerald Ford, and Ronald Reagan are.  Google enjoys legal protections under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. Those protections shield Google and other platforms, such as Facebook and X, from civil liability for the content users of the platform generate. Harrison Tinsley, now has full custody of his 4-year-old son, Sawyer, after a long legal battle prompted by his ex-girlfriend’s efforts to raise the boy nonbinary. “I know he's a boy,” says Tinsley. “He wants to be a boy.
