Episode 177 - The Council Study Session Recap | It was 4 Hours and 34 MInutes. Interesting but long Study Session where the highlight was the brilliant Design for Bainbridge document with the City's new design code and the the Ethics Code was sliced and diced again. Richard had a lovely Blue North cod fillet while he watched the meeting livestream and was fascinated by the discussion of the future population and building code adjustments which can actually result in more affordable housing. The numbers (though speculative) will freak everyone out...I was surprised but I still like that "Urban Winslow" concept as long as it includes lots of non-motorized options.
