We both spoke about teaching yoga, her amazing organic farm, being a Mom and when things feel stale to move out of your comfort zone. Crystal Gray has been teaching yoga since 2005 and is now an E-RYT 500 instructor. She has owned and sold a yoga studio though she still teaches a couple classes locally, leads retreats and yoga teacher trainings. Crystal is now building her business online, helping other yoga teachers find their voice in the classroom and online. Besides practicing and teaching yoga, she loves to cook healthy meals for her husband and daughter with food from their 20 acre organic vegetable farm in central Illinois.
