And we hope that as we consider this important topic, that we will come to more fully understand and embrace what it means to be complete in Christ. As we continue our study on Psychology in the church, we consider the background of those who are viewed as the fathers of modern psychology in an effort to better understand the ideas that they have put forth, and to test these concepts in the light of God’s Word. Calvary Chapel Elk Grove is a non-denominational fellowship located in Roselle, a northwest suburb of Chicago in Illinois. Our primary mission is to teach God's Word in its' entirety, verse-by-verse, precept upon precept. We believe that the Word of God is living and powerful, and because of Jesus' work on the Cross, He can and does move in the lives of His people.
