Dr. Lindsay Bira is known as "The Brain Expert" and is making her knowledge of the neuroscience of mental health engaging and actionable through her clinical work and through her new business, Ocean Oriented. Dr. Bira founded Ocean Oriented™ as a resiliency initiative to connect people with the power of water and to offer growth through neuroscience and experience. As a performance psychologist, PADI Freedive Instructor, and spearfisher, she folds the neuroscience of mindset and motivation into unique ocean experiences to expand perspectives, improve wellbeing, deepen purpose, and maximize success.
