Ten years ago, zero-day exploits were incredibly rare and expensive for cyber threat agents. They were as complex as NASA programs. Maybe four or five countries could exploit them (US, China, Russia, the UK, North Korea, and Israel). By 2015 up to one hundred and twenty countries could deliver daily exploits, not quite the power of zero-day threats.
