On Win's Women of Wisdom today, Best-Selling Author, Win Kelly Charles welcomes Andrea Lynne. She began her career as a radio station commercial copywriter. Marriage and two children brought her to her first on air position as a radio disc jockey. After a short time, she moved happily and quickly into radio news reporting, writing and anchoring. News reporting satisfied her insatiable 'need to know.' A move to television, in the late sixties, brought her to the Connecticut NBC-TV station as the first woman in the state to be employed as "talent." She signed on as a field reporter, news writer, anchor and documentary writer, as well as host of a celebrity television talk show. She worked for a CBS Radio News Affiliate as news reporter and anchor.Lynne was born in Boston and raised in Connecticut.
