Synopsis
Erin Easton is a mindfulness coach who helps people move through trauma and find peace, purpose, and happiness by living as their most authentic heart-centered self. Erin's journey to mindfulness began when her emotional and mental pain triggered a severe back injury. She tried counseling, therapy, energy healing, and bodywork, but nothing helped her let go of the trauma until she discovered Thich Nhat Hanh's book on mindfulness. She studied meditation and mindfulness at a Tibetan monastery and through the Plum Village center in France, and found that building peace within herself helped her reconnect with her heart and live as her authentic self. Erin now owns New Leaf Mindfulness Coaching in Montrose, CO, where she offers group classes, mindful yoga, individual coaching, and nature retreats. She has published a book on healing and is working on her second one. Erin empowers others to develop their own mindfulness practice that takes them from fear, depression, and feeling stuck to a life of peace, purpose
