Retiring after 31 years of service, he joined Bank of America’s Military Affairs team and leads the organization in hiring and supporting Veterans and military families. Lindsey shares important insight for transitioning service members and how Bank of America’s support goes beyond the hiring process. BofA works with Veterans to find their place and connects them with a mentor to help ease the transition into the civilian sector.
