Mandibular condylar fracture is the most frequent fracture site competing with the body of the mandible, with over 80% being unilateral. Despite their common occurrences, they present some of the biggest management challenges for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. In this podcast, we have conducted a painstaking review of articles to present some evidence to help make an educated decision on when and how to manage a unilateral condylar fracture.
