Impact The Outcome

Thomas previously was based at the Consulate of Haiti in Atlanta, before the Consulate General was established in Miami in 2016. Consul General Thomas served in foreign affairs for about 20 years. Thomas joined Haiti’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1991. He later served as an Officer Consular in the Embassy of Haiti in Chile between 1996-1998 and later on worked at the Haitian Embassy in Cuba. He also worked in political affairs in Haitian embassies in Columbia and Venezuela (AU).
