Impact The Outcome

Fort-Liberté is a commune and administrative capital of the Nord-Est Department of Haiti. It is close to the border of the Dominican Republic and is one of the oldest cities in the country. Haitian Proverb: "Chen gen kat pat; se yon sel chemen li fe.”
