Good morning everyone who listens to my blog. I am going to talk about something that affects me a lot today and that is the lovely subject of insomnia. I was speaking to a friend of mine in London a few days ago who asked me if they if I could help them because they've had a few sleepless nights. Basically they said that they suffer from insomnia badly. We got to the point and then it kind of got me thinking you know I just said to them how much have you had and ___ in the last 2 nights I've only had 6 hours sleep now first thing I ___ I don't think you're an insomniac I think you've just have really gone to bed too early or working up too late and yup they admitted that they went to bed early and now people that know me well know that I suffer from chronic
