July joined the Marine Corps right out of high school and transitioned to the Reserves serving for a total of 16 years. Her service ended with a severe injury and July struggled with the loss of identity and purpose that came with being a Marine. While working for the federal government, she felt something was missing and was ready for a challenge so with her brother, July founded Franco Hauling LLC.
