Dave sits down with Dr Delroy Hall to look at the spiritual discipline of Pastoral Journaling. Delroy shares how paying attention to your walk with God can be so helpful for us as followers of Christ trying to live healthy lives. Dr Hall is Lecturer, freelance trainer, academic, counsellor and pastoral counsellor He has worked in a variety of settings, via Delwes Consultancy, which offers on-line consultancy, training, seminars, and webinars on a variety of subjects, but his focus is dealing with loss and grief, depression, anxiety, and clergy stress. Primarily, Dr Hall is a people development consultant committed to dealing with human pain while developing trust, so people can recover and thrive. He is an active leader in his community. His teaching experience includes giving lectures at Harvard University and Boston College Massachusetts, USA, Durham University, UK and has taught at Leeds Beckett University. He was appointed as the Sports Chaplain for Sheffield United Football Club in September 2017.
