When we are aligned, we are magnetic. Alignment is the sum of many things: our intuition, discernment, the data we're pulling in from the world around us, and our physiology. Most importantly, it keeps us energetically in a space where we feel the best (and yes, this means we are still going through life’s ups and losses). Being out of alignment means we're either sacrificing something that we should be holding onto or holding onto something, whether it's a situation we can't control or a past hurt we haven't healed from that we shouldn't. It’s keeping us in a state that is robbing us of our full potential. We're not operating from our most whole place. In this week's podcast episode, I coach you through an alignment framework I developed. I’ll help you get more clear on where you are and aren’t aligned in all areas of your life.
