Locked On Jets

The New York Jets had one last piece of offseason business. Aaron Rodgers' contract needed to be reworked. Rodgers had to amend his deal prior to the trade that brought him to the Jets from the Green Bay Packers. That left him making under $2 million in 2023 but $107 million in 2024. It was obvious those numbers would need to go up this year and down next year. We now have a new deal, and Rodgers has decided to give back $35 million he was due.
